Any orders over $200 the shipping is free.
Any over sized, live, or frozen products that require express delivery such as livestock, salt, sand, frozen food you will be contacted about the additional shipping cost before the order is charged or shipped and you may choose to refuse and you will not be charged.
Free Pick-up and Delivery: We offer free local delivery to select areas. If we are running a free shipping promotion for your area the instructions and conditions for delivery will be listed on the home page. We are currently serving these areas at least once per week for free delivery of any dry goods or livestock:

Returns: We only accept unopened items, please check the label and version closely to make sure you have received the correct item before opening the packaging.
If the item is unopened, and returned within 15 days a exchange, credit, or refund will be issued but will not include any shipping or handling charges.
You need to contact us before shipping the item so we can provide you with an RMA (Return merchandise Authorization) number. We will refuse and returns without an RMA number.
We reserve the right to charge a non-refundable 15% restocking charge for any/all returned merchandise and / or canceled order even prior to shipping.

Warranties: The warranty available is stated by manufacture. Every manufacture is different, so we suggest visiting their official product website for any warranty information. There is no warranty on the duration of any light bulb UNLESS otherwise Stated by the manufacturer. All warranty claims are handled through us unless the manufacturer requires you contact them directly in a case such as with Neptune Systems.
